For buyer's agents
For listing agentsTurn the inspection report into a clear repair request.
Baseline lists the report's findings. For each one the buyer's agent picks, Baseline identifies the likely problem and recommends request wording that addresses it. The buyer's agent decides what to send. Then the buyer's agent sees the seller's answer and a price range for every item.

Questions
Does the seller see the whole inspection report?
No. The seller's side sees only the items sent, with the inspector's note and any photos, plus how many findings the report holds.
Is the price range a quote?
No. A price range is Baseline's estimate of what the requested work usually costs. Either side can test it with a contractor's bid. Conditions inside walls or behind equipment can change the cost.
Does Baseline work for the seller?
No. Baseline represents neither side and negotiates for no one. The seller pays a flat fee. The fee does not change with the size of the request, the repairs, or the credit.
